Just 71 individual guest rooms and suites, with verandahs overlooking gardens and ponds, rolling hills and the panoramic Hunter Valley countryside.
Designed in the style of a grand country manor, all rooms are elegantly appointed with antiques and period furniture. Rooms open onto sunny verandahs with a range of outlooks from the lovely gardens to the spectacular views of the Pokolbin Valley and Brokenback Ranges. Four poster canopy beds are a feature in a number of rooms, whilst the executive suites boast a fireplace and a spa bath. Catering Information

Restaurant & Bar - Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, specialises in contemporary, Australian cuisine with Asian and European accents. Choose from an extensive a la carte menu and wine list, which feature a number of Hunter Valley wines and produce from the local area.

Conservatory - For breakfast and lunch the Conservatory overlooks formal rose gardens and water features, rolling hills and the Hunter’s panoramic vista.

Guest Lounge - Unwind in the warm ambience of the Guest Lounge with a library and an open fire during Winter months. An ideal place for pre and post dinner aperitifs and wine tasting.

Recreational Facilities
