Two function areas provide the perfect environment for your next business meeting, conference, cocktail party, private dinner or wedding.

The Wickham Room is located at the entrance of the hotel on the ground floor and boasts natural light and an outdoor break-out terrace. This venue can be divided into 3 sections with removable partition walls, allowing for a variety of configurations and delegate numbers up to 100 pax.

The 551 Restaurant & Bar on the first level is easily transformed to suit a variety of events including weddings, private parties and product launches to mention a few. It has the added flexibility of a partition to separate the bar area and an expansive outdoor terrace surrounding the pool to accommodate up to 150 pax.

Location

The Watermark Hotel Brisbane is a relaxing 4.5 star boutique hotel conveniently located close to the city centre in Spring Hill, opposite the Roma Street Parklands. Ideally located for business or leisure, the hotel is a leisurely 1km stroll to Brisbane's CBD, shopping, entertainment and sporting venues. Take advantage of the free City Loop Bus Service departing Monday to Friday from the front of the hotel or take a relaxing stroll through Roma Street Parklands to the Transit Centre for trains and buses to the airport and suburbs.

Accommodation

Accommodation options are graded from 3.5 to 4.5 star and begin with comfortable Standard Rooms & Superior Rooms with private balconies and ascend to Deluxe and the luxuriously appointed Executive King Rooms. Rooms overlook Spring Hill and surrounding Brisbane suburbs or the scenic Roma Street Parkland. General room appointments include: business or writing desk, mini bar, in-house movies, tea & coffee, flat screen TV, high speed data port, internet, casual seating, selected Foxtel channels, iron and board, climate control air-conditioning, private bathroom with shower over bath (except Standard Rooms), pillow selection, bathrobes, Balcony (Standard & Superior class only). All rooms are non-smoking.

Catering Information

Our newly-refurbished 551 Restaurant & Bar is open Monday to Saturday for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and for breakfast and dinner on Sundays. Our Modern Australian menu and constantly changing specials (designed around seasonal produce) will have your mouth watering.

Set menus are available for groups of 15pax or more. Bookings are preferred but not essential.

Recreational Facilities

Outdoor swimming pool and deck area, perfect for basking in the Queensland sun.
Roma Street Parklands are located directly across the road, and offers guided nature walks and fitness areas.

Business Facilities

Full Business centre located on the ground floor next to reception offering free Internet access.
