SICC Members have the exclusive privilege to utilise our various private rooms and larger function halls to hold your special events. Menus can be customised and prepared by our specialty chefs to provide a unique gourmet experience that your guests will certainly enjoy.

With sufficient notice, we are happy to cater for those with special dietary requirements, as well as for children and guests with special needs. Our aim is to provide consistently good quality food, efficient service and value for money. From small and intimate to large and lavish, the team will coordinate and manage every detail of your event.

Catering Information

Sample an extensive array of Cantonese cuisine whipped up by Chef Jimmy Wong in a warm and contemporary setting that can fit up to 25 tables. The menu consists of over 140 ala carte items, 56 dim sum items (lunch only), as well as an extensive selection of live seafood including American lobster and other seasonal catch. Specialties include succulent Peking duck, tender diced beef with black pepper in taro nest and premium double-boiled shark's fin.
