Location

Just a four-hour drive from Chiang Mai, amid exotic bamboo jungles, is Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle, where a one-of-a-kind experience awaits. Elephant mahout training and Golden Triangle excursions are only two of the exciting activities available. Siam General Aviation (SGA) offers daily 30-minute flights from Chiang Mai International Airport to Chiang Rai International Airport, about 65 kilometres (40 miles) south of the Tented Camp.

Accommodation

Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai includes 98 remarkably spacious accommodations: 64 pavilions, 12 pool villas, 17 residences and 5 residence villas with one, two, three or four bedrooms. All feature polished teak wood floors, rich Thai cotton decorations and beautiful Siamese art under a vaulted ceiling with cooling overhead fans. Technology incorporates a satellite television, DVD player and wireless Internet access. The oversized bathroom features a double vanity, a separate shower and a deep soaking bathtub - with windows overlooking a secluded garden planted with ferns and tropical plants.

All accommodations include a covered outdoor veranda - known as a sala - that features a wood floor and a high ceiling with fan. A northern Thai-style daybed and chairs are perfect for reading.

Recreational Facilities

The Health Club features state-of-the-art exercise equipment, separate saunas for men and women, a unisex Thai herbal steam room, a heated outdoor whirlpool, a cold plunge pool and a 20-metre (66-foot) infinity-edge swimming pool.

The Health Club also provides complimentary mountain bikes for adults and children, complete with maps and recommended trails.
