Venue Highlights

Château Élan at The Vintage is one of Australia's finest golf and spa resorts and features five conference venues, a spa with 17 treatment rooms, a hair and beauty salon, luxury accommodation and a first class restaurant. The Hotel overlooks the fairways of The Vintage golf course which is the only Greg Norman-designed course that is accessible to the public in NSW.

Location

Château Élan at The Vintage is a high quality resort and conference venue in the world famous Hunter Valley region of New South Wales. The Hunter Valley produces some of Australia's favourite wines and is an area that is popular with meeting planners because of its proximity to Sydney, its picturesque rural scenery and the abundance of available team building and social activities. If you need a conference venue that is less than 3 hours drive from Sydney CBD Chateau Elan is a great choice.

The Hotel is located next to Bimbadgen winery.

Accommodation

Guests stay in three types of luxury residence with 100 rooms in total.

A series of private villas has 40 Spa King rooms and 40 One-Bedroom Spa Villas, with self contained kitchens and a separate lounge and dining area. All rooms have balconies or terraces overlooking the Vintage fairways and the vales of the Hunter Valley.

Twenty super-luxury Spa Suites are located within the Spa complex. They offer Ergomotion beds and a sensual plinth-mounted bath open to the room and separate shower.

Chateau Elan interiors blend contemporary tones, rich textures and original art; spa baths and 42-inch LCD TV with Austar movie channels are just some of the standard inclusions. All rooms have an i pod docking station and broadband internet.

Catering Information

Breakfast packages are served in the Conservatory for a perfect start to the day, offering freshly-prepared continental breakfast items (including juices, pastries and muffins) or full English fare.

Executive Chef Tony Maher is on deck for dinner, creating memorable experiences in the Legends Grill Restaurant; the seasonal a la carte menu features contemporary Australian cuisine, incorporating premium produce and seafood from local markets. Packages include set menus, themed gala dinners and our popular 'Winemaker's Dinner' experience.

Our day packages ensure your delegates are kept comfortable with registration refreshments, morning tea, working lunch, afternoon tea, bottled water and boxed mints for each delegate.

Recreational Facilities

The Resort also features a wide range of on-site leisure activities including a golf course, day spa, tennis courts, gymnasium, outdoor and heated pool.

The Day Spa at Chateau Elan has 17 treatment rooms and is one of the few places in the world to offer French Terrake signature treatments.

The Greg Norman-designed golf course is the only one accessible to the public in NSW.

Pinnacle Team Events offer a wide variety of team building activities that provide fun, no-nonsense conference activities that motivate, inspire and educate delegates into leading happier, more balanced lives.

If the Day Spa, team building and the golf course aren't enough we also have a bar and a restaurant that is run by Executive Chef Tony Maher.
