Sprawling across 150 hectares at the base of Mount Coolum, the resort fronts the Pacific Ocean and has direct access to 2km of pristine beach. 10 minutes from Sunshine Coast airport and 90 minutes north of Brisbane Domestic and International Airport, our onsite Transport department can arrange group return transfers by shuttle or private car.

Accommodation at Coolum Golf & Spa is set amongst natural bushland, lakes and gardens. Spacious King Junior Suites are popular with single delegates or couples, while the 2-Bedroom Suites are ideal for twin-sharing delegates or delegates bring their family.
The exclusive Ambassador Club offers the ultimate in accommodation on the Sunshine Coast, with 2-bedroom Diplomatic and Ambassador Suites and 3-bedroom Presidential Suites. The Ambassador Club Lounge also offers breakfast daily, pre-dinner drinks and canapés each evening, a private pool and tennis court.

Coolum Golf & Spa's technical services partner, Staging Connections, provide all in-house audio-visual services and are readily available to assist when required. With a partnership stretching over 20 years, Staging Connections have an intimate knowledge of the venue and work hand in hand with the Evens team to ensure a smooth flowing, successful event.
Staging Connections provide the latest in audio visual technology, technical advice and friendly, efficient service, and have recently installed motorised screens, in-roof speakers and ceiling mounted data projectors to provide outstanding audio visual facilities in all conference rooms.
Their creative onsite team can ensure your event is one to remember.

The Business Centre is conveniently located in the Conference Centre, equipped with solutions for all of your administration needs whilst at the resort. From printing hundreds of copies of your conference handout to supplying a single envelope for posting, we have you covered.
