The Centre of Contemporary Arts (CoCA) is located in the heart of Cairns. It is an exciting, new, cultural facility that is animated by three resident companies - art, theatre and film. it has an on-site caterer, restaurant, bar and gallery shop.
CoCA is open 6 days a week and all facilities are available for corporate venue hire an client entertainment.
CoCA offers unique products and services to the local community and visitors to the region, including Conference Partner Programs that include hands on workshops, exquuisite food and beverage and a creative an stimulating atmospheere in which to explore art and theatre.

Location
CoCA is located at 96 Abbott Street, between Florence and Aplin Streeets. It is the home of the five over size luscious jelly baby sculptures that have featured on national TV.
CoCA is surrounded by retail and accommodation and is within easy walking distance of the main shopping centre and is set just one block back from the famous Esplanade.
The local Sun Bus stop is right at the front door and there is ample on site and off street parking.
Catering Information
Jelly Babes Bar & Cafe at CoCA is a fully licenced indoor and outdoor cafe and bar. The cool bar is fully air conditioned whilst the outdoor undercover deck is offers a great variety of easy meals and snacks.
On site catering is provided by CoCA's exclusive caterer - Jelly Babes Bar & Cafe. All facililties within CoCA are fully licenced.
Technical Facilities
The Centre has a 248 raked seat Theatre with retractable seating.
In Theatre mode, it offers fantastic lighting, sound and accoustics. With the seats retracted it offers a large, partially sprung flat floor for banquet style dining, dancing and cocktail parties.
