Venue HighlightsOnly 10 minutes from the CBD and from Brisbane Airport , Royal Queensland is perfectly positioned as an easily accessible venue for corporate and private functions; including boardroom meetings, seminars, workshops, conference and private dinner functions.
Groups of all sizes up to 140 attendees can be catered for in the unique surroundings set among tranquil lawns and gardens on a Championship Golf Course. Easily accessed free parking is available at the venue.

Our professional catering team can see to all your requirements whether it is a multi course, silver service dinner, wedding reception, breakfasts to an outside barbeque or carvery. This can also include catering for corporate golfe events to include full breakfasts, lunches, dinners and light meals at the half-way house.
Should you have any special or specific requirements which are not included in any of our packages, we would be more than happy to discuss them with you, and to try to accommodate them.
Our staff are always happy to help you work through our menu selections, or to answer any questions you may have. Technical FacilitiesThe club house has a fully integrated public address system that is perfectly designed for conferences, presentations and private functions.
An electronic white board and projector facilities are also available to clients if required and specialist technical needs can be discussed.
Wireless, broadband internet is also available upon prior request. Business FacilitiesA separate boardroom is available for small private meeting requirements. The boardroom is set out in the traditional style with a large boardroom table and 10 executive chairs. Tea/coffee facilities are available within the room and specific bar requirements are handled through the club bar area.
The break out/meeting room is partitioned off from the main function room and can be set up in various styles to suit your event. All catering arrangements can be organized to your personal selection.
