Tailormade Tours is proud to offer a very special Outback BBQ, only 10klm’s from Alice Springs at the foot of the beautiful Eastern MacDonnell Ranges. The BBQ site borders Undoolya Cattle Station, the oldest working cattle station in Central Australia, where we cater for large and small functions. You’ll be surrounded by spectacular formations of the MacDonnell Ranges where a collage of colours explodes under the setting sun.

Catering Information

Be served with a mouth watering feast of Scotch fillet steak, jacket potatoes, salad and vegetarian combinations that will satisfy the best appetite. Compliment this with bush pie, billy tea and coffee. All this cooked before your eyes in the open fire and on BBQ’s in the unique Australian style, or alternatively organise your own cuisine.
