This error usually means one of three things:

Your session was idle for 30 minutes or longer. This generally means you
haven't performed any tasks within the site for that period of time.

Your web browser (Netscape, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) is blocking
session cookies from eventconnect.com. EventConnect uses "Cookies" to keep
track of your session. If cookies are blocked, EventConnect cannot store vital
information, and so you receive this error. To enable cookies check your
browsers options and/or "cookie manager," or ask your IT support staff for
assistance.

Finally, this error could also be caused by a web proxy - if you are behind
such a proxy, you must either disable use of the proxy or ask your proxy
administrator to allow the domain eventconnect.com to send you
cookies.
If you feel none of the above applies to you, please contact

If you were in the process of submitting a form, or had already performed a
search, that information is no longer saved. Any forms that had already been
completed and successfully submitted are, of course, still saved.
